Mr. Olivier is a Principal of Revolution Partners, and has been with the firm since 2001. Mr. Olivier has over 10 years of investment banking, operational and corporate legal experience. Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Mr. Olivier was co-general counsel and strategy officer at iOptions, an online employee stock option portal and software package for financial advisors, corporations and holders of employee stock options. Prior to joining iOptions, Mr. Olivier spent five years practicing corporate law, the last three with the Boston-based law firm, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. While at Testa, Mr. Olivier was an associate in the firm's Business Practice Group, representing organizations in all stages of development, from start-ups to publicly held corporations, venture capital and investment banking firms, and both issuers and underwriters in numerous public offerings. His client base consisted of companies in the technology, bio-tech and telecommunications industries as well as many premier venture capital funds in the United States and internationally. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Olivier spent over two years at Morgan Stanley & Co. as an analyst in their Information Services Department. Mr. Olivier received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College in 1989, and his J.D., with Honors, from George Washington University in 1995.
