ALEXANDER HART Managing Director : Boston alex@revolutionpartners.com Mr. Hart is a Managing Director at Revolution Partners with fifteen years of experience advising companies in the technology and Internet/Digital Media sectors. Prior to joining Revolution Partners, Mr. Hart was a Managing Director at Jefferies Broadview where he built and led the firm's Internet and Digital Media practice. Mr. Hart has advised a wide range of public and private companies, and has led transactions both domestically and internationally including mergers and acquisitions, private financings, initial public offerings, follow on offerings, and debt financings. Selected clients include Yahoo, comScore, e-Rewards, Bankrate, Dice, Dun & Bradstreet, Vertrue, TravelCLICK, Innerworkings, e-Dialog, Navic Networks, BuyerZone, Broadband Enterprises, and Enpocket. Prior to Jefferies Broadview, Mr. Hart was a senior banker with Broadview until its acquisition by Jefferies. Before joining Broadview, Mr. Hart worked at AT&T in product management. Mr. Hart received his B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University.
