Mr. Falvey formerly ran East Coast software and business-to-business e-commerce investment banking for Robertson Stephens. Prior to Robertson Stephens, Mr. Falvey was an Associate in the technology investment banking group at PaineWebber covering Internet software and was an Associate at NatWest Bank. Mr. Falvey has led numerous public and private financings and strategic mergers and acquisitions for technology companies such as Allaire, BuildNet, Direct Hit Technologies, Centra Software, Internet Capital Group, IONA Technologies, Mail.com, MIM Corp., Silknet, SilverStream Software, and TSI Software. In addition to his investment banking experience, Mr. Falvey was a Principal at Bluevector, the venture-investing arm of marchFIRST, focusing on Internet and wireless software infrastructure and applications. Mr. Falvey holds an MBA from the Wharton School and received a BA with honors from Hamilton College.
