BOSTON, MA (10/16/03) – Revolution Partners, LLC, a technology investment banking boutique specializing in mergers & acquisitions and private capital fundraising for mid- sized technology companies, today announced that NEC Corporation has acquired Exinom Technologies, Inc., a systems integrator providing mission-critical corporate performance management, business intelligence, and data warehouse technology solutions. After closing, Exinom will merge with Niteo Partners, Inc., a technology consulting firm with expertise in portals, content management and web services. Niteo Partners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NEC Corporation. Peter Falvey and Tom Olivier served as the advisors for Niteo Partners, Inc. on this transaction.
